Lead Trainer & Coach

Mental coach, works with sports teams, athletes and individuals in dealing with uncertainty and stress in the competitive environment.

Experienced SurfSki coach, with a background of over 40 years in kayaking.

Specializes in breathing and cold water immersion as a tool to deal with stress and depression.
